Pehmo is Finnish & means soft or softly, making it the perfect sweater for the chilly days.

The Pehmo Sweater is worked top down with raglan increases. The neck is shaped with short rows. There are now ribbed cuffs, hem or neckband, so all the edges curl up a little bit. Take that into consideration, when deciding the length of the hem & sleeves :)

The sweater is designed with a 15 – 20 cm / 6 – 8” positive ease. The sample is made in size 3 & my bust is approx 80 cm / 31½”.

15.5 sts x 22 rnds = 10 x 10 cm / 4 x 4” in stockinette stitch, after blocking

Needles:
6 mm / US 10 circular needles with a 60 - 100 cm / 24 - 40” cable, and 6 mm / US 10  DPNs for sleeves, if you don’t use the Magic Loop- technique. Adjust needle size to match gauge.

Yarn:
The sweater is worked with a worsted -weight yarn.

The sample is made with Drops Air (65% alpaca, 28% polyamide, 7% wool, 150 m / 164 yds per 50 g) in color 52.
