This sweet little snowflake was designed as part of my Winter Wardrobe set, but it is so simple I wanted to make it available at no charge. The rest of the set includes an adorable mini granny hat, sweater, stocking, and mittens: https://ravel.me/winter-wardrobe-ornament-set

Quick and easy—only 2 rounds of stitches—this pattern creates a delicately sized snowflake even with worsted weight yarn. While it’s true beauty shines when starched and blocked, it still looks quite respectable right off the hook! Perfect for hanging on the tree, stringing on garland, adorning a wreath, or using as charming gift toppers! Most snowflakes work up rather large in worsted weight, so throw a few of these in for a smaller variation.

Use a solid white, light blue, something sparkly, or get creative with unexpected colors! I recommend acrylic yarn, but other fibers will work nicely as well. Includes instructions for blocking.
