Ppoppo jacket is the younger sister of the original Ppoppo sweater. A light an airy jacket, it is worked in double moss stitch, which is an easy texture to knit, consisting alternately of stacking knit and purl stitches. It is a perfect transitional piece and will be ideal on a chilly summer evening. Style it with your favourite pair of jeans or over a light summer dress.

CONSTRUCTION

The jacket is worked top down. You first work the upper back and shape the armholes. Then you pick up stitches for the shoulders, moving on to work the two fronts separately. You finally join all three pieces and continue working flat in double moss stitch. Stitches for the sleeves are picked up, and the sleeves are finished with an icord, as is the whole body of the jacket.

LEVEL OF DIFFICULTY

The jacket is categorized as being of medium difficulty.
