Using the same motif as the Primavera Poncho, it makes a perfect partner.

There is a small V shape at the front and back to help fill those draughty gaps.

The pattern is written as one size, a small cowl, like a detachable polo neck.
It can easily be sized up by adding more pattern repeats or using more bulky yarn.

Make two V shapes, then join together to work in the round.

Yarn: 4ply merino, 400m per 100g. Approx 45 g for the sample.

Gauge: 22 sts x 30 rows in stocking stitch = 10 cm square with 4 mm needles.

Needles: 4 mm circular, 40 cm.

Size: 55 cm circumference,
35 cm tall (20 cm in the round, 15 cm V shape front and back).
