The pattern is 4 pages long in total and includes colour photos of the finished item and some of the steps of the instructions. There is a text only version of the pattern on the last page.

The finished flower measures 5cm across approx when made with a 4mm hook and DK weight yarn. The project is aimed at absolute beginner crocheters, as it’s a very simple pattern with step by step photos. You can sew or pin the finished flower onto bags, coats, scarves or other accessories, making it an ideal birthday present or gift for Mother’s Day. It’s also a great stash buster project, as only small quantities of yellow and coloured yarn are needed. The size of the flower can be easily changed by using a different size hook and yarn weight.

For this pattern, you will need:

Yarn: Small quantities of DK weight yarn in yellow and a colour of your choice.
Hook: 4mm
Tapestry needle
Scissors
