Raglalala Cardigan

Raglalala Cardigan is a colourful, textured cardigan knitting design,
warm and cosy, perfect to wear on chilly days. In autumn months
you might use it as a light outdoor coat. In winter it will be comfy
wear in home as well!
It is a top down - on circular needles - knitted design with a raglan
construction of the upper part.
The original design was made for a 100% merino wool yarn,
handdyed by me, but any yarn of natural origin with the same
gauge will do!

Suggested yarn: Illustrous and ColourLab by WY Spinners

Gauge : 19 stitches and 26 rows are 10 x 10 cm
Stockinette stitch on needles size 4,5 eu

In the pictures of this pattern booklet you’ll see examples of
Raglalala Cardigan, knitted up with my handdyed yarn. That is why
you see, even striped parts in the upper body. The slight colour
differences in this batch of yarn come for free when yarn is hand-
dyed.
You won’t find the stripes mentioned in the knitting description.
Of course, you are welcome to add them yourself by using two –
close-shades of one colour and knit them alternatingly, in your
own rythm, in the upper part of the cardigan body and probably
the upper part of the sleeves.
Raglalala Cardigan is knitted on circular needles , starting with a
small neck edge.
Then increasions follow on both sides of the ribs in the raglan
construction,in order to create room for the body and the sleeves.
