This newborn romper is quick to knit and makes a beautiful gift. It is knit from the bottom up, with the button bands knit separately and then joined in the round for the body. The bib is knit in one piece and the straps are made by picking up stitches along the back. The rainbow design is crocheted separately and sewn on last.
