Rosalinda Cowl is the matching cowl for Rosalinda Beanie, inspired by the beautiful colorways of Malabrigo Mecha “Woman on Screen” collection. It features a bobble stitch in the edges and a combination of fisherman’s rib and cables in the body.

Note: there is a big discount if you purchase the set including the matching beanie and cowl, as well as if you have already purchased the beanie!

I designed this pattern mainly for light bulky, worsted and dk yarn, but you can use basically any yarn you want. The regular size requires up to two skeins of Malabrigo Mecha or 1.5 skeins of Malabrigo Rios, but I have also included the instructions to knit a smaller version which requires only one skein of Mecha or Rios.
In addition, I have included the pattern for the two-colors version as a bonus and a video tutorial that shows how to knit the bobbles and the fisherman’s rib.

Finished size
The actual finished size depends on how many pattern repeats you knit. With light bulky yarn and 2.5 pattern repeats the finished size after wet blocking is about: circumference: 23.5” / 60 cm - height: 13.5”/34 cm. With worsted and DK yarn the size is slightly smaller
