This pattern for lace is an improvisation on a theme of broomstick stich. In my interpretation these stiches resemble dots and an the impression, which I am obtaining while contemplating this pattern, is also old fashion dotted veils(they are charming indeed).
This sachet has two laced sides. First one has three more rows crocheted with a purple thinner cotton thread, the second one is attached to the first on four points on three sides and in the corners. On the forth side only on the two points close to the corners.
The second laced part can be of same pattern, but I attached the pattern “Mon plaisir”.
The package with lavander is made of dark beige cotton fabric. I am attaching some pictures with the gray and pink backgrounds.
