Salanova Scarf
The Salanova Scarf is a chic new addition to the Lettuce collection. A soft, frilled triangle scarf designed to add a touch of whimsy to your everyday outfits. Worked flat from the point upward, the body features simple stockinette that flares into a sculptural lettuce hem.

Techniques used: M1R and M1L increases, ribbing
Construction: worked flat, top-down
Sizing: This is a triangle scarf meant to be 15 in / 38 cm at the widest measurement and 37 in / 94 cm.
Due to the shape of the scarf, it is easy to modify the pattern for a larger or smaller scarf by adding increase rows or working less of them.
Yarn: Fingering + lace held together:
I used 1 strand Drops Brushed Alpaca Silk (lace weight) and 1 strand Knitting for Olive Merino (fingering weight)
OR
You can use 1 strand DK-weight yarn of your choice
Approx. 235 y / 215 m required. (if using two strands, you’ll need 235y / 215m of each yarn to complete this project)
Gauge: 16 sts and 24 rows = 4x4 in / 10x10 cm in stockinette stitch on 4.0mm needles, after blocking
Tools: US 4 / 3.5 mm – 24-32 in (60-80 cm) circular
US 6 / 4.0 mm – 24-32 in (60-80 cm) circular
Adjust needle size to meet gauge.
1 Stitch marker to track increases
Tapestry needle for weaving in ends
