A beautifully warm yet comparatively lightweight jacket to take you anywhere. Whether to wear on those cooler seasonal walks along your favourite beach (with your doggie best friend), out shopping or driving in your car.

This particular colourway though just reminded me of the beach and the driftwood buttons I managed to find just completed that image.

As the individual squares of the main panels are formed by knitting on to others, it minimises the need for stitching / running in of final ends and produces a beautiful flat garter stitch fabric. The garter stitch ridge theme is also worked throughout the mainly stocking stitch sleeves which continue along the shoulder to the neckline.

The attractive collar (also in garter stitch ridges) continues down into the front button band

This easy to wear design brings such eye-catching class to more casual jeans, trousers etc making the most of the stunning dye colours in the yarn.
