After a year back in the office, I’m equally as knotted and stressed as I was working from home. My yoga and workout routine is sporadic and inconsistent, and trying to leave work at the door on my way out is still a challenge I’m learning to overcome. My new goal is to build enough upper body and core strength to do a headstand. I think maybe having a fun goal like that will motivate me a little more to engage in the exercises …and of course, we still always cool down with the corpse pose.

The Savasana Cardigan was such an elegant addition to my wardrobe, I had to make a pullover version as well. With a little extra ease and drape, this one has even more cozy vibes, while still featuring that cable detail on the front and back.
