Shellie Keyhole Scarf is a simple scarf. The pattern is easy to master and the neck portion is worked in all knit. Tiny cables worked just before and after the opening for the keyhole add that extra elegance to the scarf.

The great thing about this scarf is the knitter has the ability to knit the scarf shorter for a more traditional keyhole scarf, or long to wrap around your neck. If the knitter does not want to add the keyhole it can be easily removed.

Any yarn can be used to knit this scarf. To knit the long scarf approximately 300 yards is needed and approximately 200 yards to knit a shorter scarf. The directions instruct the longer scarf but the length can be shortened depending on desire.
