It also uses bobble stitches and picots, but both of these stitches are explained in the pattern itself, with photos to help with the bobble stitches. This could be a good quick pattern to help you become familiar with bobble stitches if you’ve never done them before!

You will need
White and pale blue yarn
Scrap amount of black yarn to embroider eyes OR safety eyes
A hook the appropriate size for your yarn

DK yarn is recommended, but any weight yarn should work, although the size of the bobbles relative to the body might turn out a bit different. For DK yarn, this pattern uses less than 5g of each colour, and the finished piece will be around 7cm (3in) long.
