The Soufflé Poncho features the same stitch pattern as the Soufflé Bandana. While knitting the Soufflé Bandana in La Bien Aimée Alix, I was also working on a sample of Helsinki Volute. I fell in love with the texture of the stitches in Alix and with the shape of this simple, timeless poncho. That’s when I thought: I need to create a Soufflé Poncho.
In this pattern, I provide two different constructions. I hope you enjoy knitting it as much as I enjoyed designing it.

Sample 1:
100g La Bien Aimée Alix (630m/100g) held single
colorway: Place des Vosges

Sample 2:
125g La Bien Aimée Alix (630m/100g) held single
colorway: OOAK of Malachite

Guage after blocking:
26 sts X 40 row in main stitch with 3.75mm needle

Yarn Suggestions:
Any heavy lace–weight yarn (approx. 600 m / 100 g) can be used, as long as you achieve the same gauge.
