Recommended Yarn: 2 skeins Premiere Yarns Basix DK in contrasting colors

Recommended Needles: US size 3 / 3.25mm 16” circular needles, US size 4 / 3.5mm 16” circular needles, US size 4 double pointed needles, or size needed to maintain gauge

Gauge: 23sts x 32rows = 4 inches in stockinette st with US size 4 / 3.5mm needles

Skills required:

  • Stranded knitting in the round
  • Cast on method of choice
  • knit, purl, k2tog, s2kp2 (center double decrease), LL1 (left lifted increase) or increase of choice, optional: creating a pom pom
