Designed in collaboration with CLEO’s Yarns in NYC, this is the most recent Local Critters for Local Knitters pattern, featuring perhaps the most well known invasive insect on the eastern seaboard…the spotted lanternfly!

These socks are sized for 4 sizes, with 6.75, (7.5, 8, 8.5)” circumference at each respective cuff. If you are interested in sizing up, feel free to email me and I am happy to help you math out a larger size. The spotted lanternflies are worked in the round with three colors to highlight their distinctive spots and stripes.

The pattern is filled with spotted lanternfly facts and history, I hope you enjoy knitting these socks and learning about the critter!

Bugs&kisses,
