Spring Folk is a lopapeysa sweater that is worked seamlessly in the round, from the bottom up. Sleeves and the body are worked separately then joined together at the yoke. Short row shaping is added to the back of the body to create a comfortable fit.

Small colorwork motifs adorn the sleeve cuffs, and colorful blossoms, inspired by folk embroidery, are featured on the yoke. The neckline is a simple rolled hem. Spring Folk is a modern interpretation of the traditional lopapeysa sweaters and is intended to be worn with 2-4” / 5-10 cm of positive ease.
