Sweet Alice is my mom’s best friend. They’ve been friends since the 1980s and she has always been important part of my life as well. When Alice decided she could no longer knit, she gifted to me her Fair Isle books and handwritten charts accumulated over the years. Alice has always been an untraditional kind of person, which suits my design style. This is for her.

The pattern is written with a mock cable rib but can easily be changed to a plain rib. I have included a video link for a tutorial on mock cable rib.
