This fun, quick to make bucket hat design can be created as a beach summer hat or as warm hat for winter. It’s important that one yarn has at least 50% to 100% cotton to give it some structure and stability in its shape.

If you don’t want to create it with 2 threads held together, you can still achieve the same sizing by using an Aran to Bulky weight yarn with a 6.0mm hook and checking your gauge against the pattern information section.
