The Jolene Shawl was inspired by my wonderful stepmother and was designed as a gift for her

This semi-circular shawl is worked top down and switches it up each section with easy garter stitch, simple cables, and mosaic colorwork!

Suggested Yarn:
Kenya’s Knits Snowdrift Select (75% superwash merino, 25% recycled nylon) in the colors Sheikah and Grimace.
Yardage:
Main Color: 800 yds/ 732 m.

Contrast Color: 400 yds/ 366 m.

Gauge:
26 sts x 32 rows = 4” in stockinette worked flat.

Suggested Needles:
The sample uses a US 5/3.75mm circular needle.

Materials: A stitch marker, spare needles/ scrap yarn and a tapestry needle.

Techniques: You will need to know how to knit, purl, slip stitches, slip slip knit, knit 2 together, and pick up and knit.
