This is an advanced beginner or intermediate level crochet pattern for an heirloom-quality, sampler style baby afghan. It is constructed in one piece, using seven different stitch patterns to create the textured and unique blocked look.

The pattern includes instructions for each section, as well as a photo tutorial for the more difficult stitch section. There are notes included describing how to maintain shape and gauge throughout construction, while working through the different sections.

This blanket would look great as a backdrop for baby photos and makes a wonderful gift for a new baby.

As always, I love to help people create crochet projects and will help you along if this pattern trips you up in any way. Contact me here or at stefsserenitycrochet.com for any questions.
