This pattern was originally written to accompany my Root Children. I decided to make a free copy as I know times are tough and even supermarket flowers are a luxury.

This pattern includes 9 tiny flowers: a bluebell, crocus, daffodil, daisy, dandelion, forget-me-not, lavender, lily of the valley and poppy.

All flowers (bar the pom-pom dandelion) are knit in the round on dpns. This is because sewing together such tiny flowers would be horribly fiddly!

I used worsted, but for even smaller flowers try your thinnest yarn and smallest needles (my testers made some REALLY tiny flowers)! This pattern is just for the flowers. If you want knitted stems, check out my project notes. I hope they are helpful.

Happy Knitting!
Natasha

Praise for Tiny Knit Flowers

Turned out perfect for my Forest Gnome bouquet! (thrsedge)

The patterns were fantastic, and I loved the instant gratification of making each small flower! (mallacrochet)
