The Tote Bag is designed for an 18” doll like an American Girl, Journey Girl or Madame Alexander.

The bag is worked from the bottom up using a magic loop cast on to avoid any seaming once the knitting is complete. Two rows of a Lateral Braid stitch are used at the top of the bag before doing a 3 stitch i-cord bind off. A leather strap is attached after knitting is complete.

There are variations available for a bow detail and center cable with i-cord straps.

There will be a whole series of bags available eventually, so keep an eye out for new additions.
