Different design options for fitting your sweater.
The sweater is designed to fit any age, size and body type so you get “many sweaters” in just one pattern as it offers:
• 2 types of neckline (crew/high and wide/lower)
• Bust shaping
• Waist shaping (hour-glass and A-line)
• Tummy shaping
Besides the neckline you do not need to decide the options upfront. The need for shaping will become apparent when you try on your sweater during the project.
Tools: You use size 4.5 mm US7 circular needles with a suggested length of 60, 80 and 100 cm 24, 32 or 40 inches depending on size and preference. And 3.5 mm US4 circular or double pointed needles for the ribbing. Furthermore, you need stitch markers in different colours e.g. green, blue, and red.
Yarn: This sweater is designed using this lovely and soft 100% non-super wash undyed natural wool yarn.
Gauge:
Before blocking: 24 sts x 27 rows
After blocking: 20 sts x 29 rows.
After blocking the dyed and undyed yarn may have a different gauge. I have added a size conversion table in the pattern to help guide up- or downsizing your sweater depending on your gauge.
