This fun poncho can be knit in 1 color or multiple colors. It is substantial enough to keep you warm on those cool days but the lace keeps it somewhat light and airy too. I have loved having a poncho (or two) in my wardrobe since I was little and had a cream colored, cabled poncho with fringe! I think are the right mix of fancy and fun!

I am publishing the worsted weight version of this poncho now. I will add the fingering weight option soon! The worsted weight version is smaller (5 skeins of 210 yards). I would call it a medium to large size. I am using 7 skeins in the fingering weight version and I would call it an XL. If you like those larger cuddly pieces like I do, a larger size will be available soon.

I used 5 skeins of Soft Donegal for the worsted weight version: 2 gold (2H 5534), 2 orange (B 5230), 1 red (2H 5524).
