Vesna is a no-stranding colorwork pattern. There are no stacks, just single centered decreases / increases and some slipped stitches.

The main pattern has a slightly wavy edge, and can be combined with either flat, or zigzag fabric, which makes it perfect as a decorative border.

You can knit anything rectangular, a wide wrap or a narrow scarf. For a scarf 28 X 150cm, you will need about 600m of fingering-weight yarn: 3 contrasting colors in about equal amounts, and double of that of main color.

Gauge: One motif is about 8cm tall and 7 cm wide after blocking (knit on 3mm needles).
