Is it a vest or is it a stole?
Actually, it is a vest and a stole in one.
Wear it any way you like and have fun with figuring out more versions. Made in two pieces as front and back of a vest joined at shoulders.. Side “seams” can be closed by attached snaps for a vest version or left open for a stole or poncho look. A nice big cowl collar is shaped with the pattern and needle size changes for a beautiful and functional form Sophisticated and slim look of this design is achieved by a simple lace stitch pattern and strategically placed stripes of natural color yarn.
