Violets in October is a simple shawl that feels very traditional.
It’s understated, feminine and elegant. It’s also a memento for a lovely memory.
My new garden gave me many nice moments this summer. One of the greatest was going to my violets one morning, and finding a few of them blooming.
Blooming in October. They were lighter and smaller than in the spring, but still, there they were, showing me love and simple, delicate beauty just before winter.
