The mittens are knitted from the cuff up. Instructions are written out for both hands. The yardage requirement is an approximation. Depending on your tension, yarn used, modifications and other factors, your project may require more/less than what is listed below.

Cast on: German twisted
Bind off: Kitchner
Increases: M1L, M1R
Decreases: k2tog, ssk
