Winter Apples scarf - whimsical fall knitting pattern for big, double-sided scarf, inspired by one of my favorite films.

And with leftover yarn (if you will use the same yarn in skeins for 50g) you can make matching fingerless “Winter Apples gloves” :)

Finished dimensions are 177cm (30.5 inch) and 15cm (6 inch).

Materials:

• 3.25 mm (US 3) circular or flat needles,
• 120-130 g of each colour yarn. I’m using DK weight yarn, Drops Lima in colour 2923 and 0707 (50 g = 100 m / 1.8 oz = 109 yds),
• tapestry needle,
• spare needles for bind off,
• scissors.

Techniques required:

• invisible cast on,
• k - Knit,
• p - Purl,
• kitchener stitch for bind off
