The Wonderland Tee is a top-down tee based on a raglan construction that mixes stockinette and an easy, yet elegant, lace pattern repeat. I’m sure it will be a wardrobe staple for you to wear all year (with the magic of layering).

The piece is worked in the round, top-down and seamlessly. First, the yoke is worked in the round following the lace pattern and with raglan increases. Then the body is worked in the round after leaving the stitches for the sleeves on hold, and then, the sleeves are worked in the round.

The pattern includes both written instructions and charts for every size.

About the skill level, I recommend this pattern if you’re a confident beginner, since you’ll use some basic techniques, such as increases (left leaning and right leaning), yarn over, decreases, knits and purls.

Sizes

The pattern comes in 10 sizes (from 70 cm/27.5” to 160 cm/63’’).

  • If you want and oversize fit, I recommend 5 to 10 cm of positive ease.
  • If you want a more fitted look, I recomend no ease.

Gauge

24 sts x 38 rows =10 cm x 10 cm (4” x 4”)

Materials

  • 3 mm circular needles (or the needles you need to meet the gauge): 60 - 100 cm (24-40”)
  • 4 stitch markers (one of them has to be different in order to mark the beginning of the row)
  • Scissors
  • Tapestry needle

Suggested yarn

To knit this tee, you’ll need fingering weight yarn.

Please, have in mind that, depending on how long you want your tee, the amount of yarn needed may change.
