I decided not to do PCO and folded brim. I did a longtail cast-on and two garter ridges before the first colorwork chart

I knit up the the blue section and wasn’t happy with my band mods. I’m ripping back.

I’m restarting with the PCO. I did a waste yarn cast on with knitting machine. It’s a much easier way to do a provisional cast on.

All finished and ends woven in. Really happy with the finished product.

I would say the difficulty level is a 3 out of 5. The project has some really long floats and requires a provisional cast on. Also to get the full effect you’ll need to to add a third color in spots or go back and duplicate stitch later.
