Knitting: Hanging Ornament
Do you want Christmas lights without electricity? What if you need a Santa hat for your chicken? Well then, this pattern is perfect for you!
Knitting: Decorative - Other
This is the perfect pattern if you want to practice your lace patterns before knitting a really complicated shawl. When you are done, tack it to the back of an old picture frame and you have a beautiful earring holder!
Knitting: Cozy - Other
These make the perfect last minute Christmas gifts—just add a bottle of wine or sparkling apple juice! The larger version would make the perfect bucket bag purse by adding a longer handle.
Knitting: Feet / Legs - Other, Boot Cuffs / Toppers
You can use almost any yarn. Basically you are knitting a tube that is a blank canvas. Cables, beads, stripes, lace… I do all my boot toppers in ribbing—this gives it a bunch of stretch and they won’t fall down.
Knitting: Animal Toy
Adapted from Rowan’s Esther, Ernie and Enid Easter Chickens. This pattern is really cute, but I just hate seaming. I looked at the picture and this is my version in the round.
Knitting: Scarf
Maya is a reversible beaded scarf that is desceptively simple. After a few pattern repeats, you may not even need to look at the chart.
