Knitting: Shawl / Wrap, Scarf
I love rainbows and I love lace, so I combined the two in this colorful crescent shawlette which is knit sideways with a short row lace edging to give the shawl a slight curve. It can be knit with one skein (700 m) of gradient lace weight yarn and a 3 mm needle or with any combination of yarn and needle.
Knitting: Shawl / Wrap, Scarf
The perfect pattern for 2 to 3 skeins of your favorite stripy sock yarn.
Knitting: Shawl / Wrap
For the first week both stockinette and garter stitch patterns are only $4.50, then the price will be $6.00.
Knitting: Cardigan
The Cuadrado Cardigan is worked sideways using scrap yarn to hold stitches for the arms which are later picked up and knit in the round. Worsted weight yarn makes this cardigan cozy warm and it can be held together with a pin in the front. It’s a blanket you can wear all day and still look great.
Knitting: Cardigan
Honey Bees is a simple, top down, raglan, A-line shaped cardigan worked with a honey bee lace panel down the back. The sleeves are divided at the armholes and worked in the round. The Neckband is worked at the end with short row shaping to give it a better fit. This pattern includes directions for both 3/4 and long sleeves.
Knitting: Shawl / Wrap
Sunshine is the perfect pattern for one skein of variegated, gradient, or tonal sock yarn. The lace rays of sunshine add just enough interest while at the same time keeping the pattern easily memorizable.

Knitting: Beret, Tam
A wonderful friend asked me to design a hat for her mother who needed a warm hug, so this is what I came up with: the hugs hat. It’s a knit and purl design with a fun cable that is knit with a twist. The cable reminds me of arms wrapped in a warm hug. Knit one with your favorite fingering weight sock yarn for someone special.
Knitting: Beret, Tam
For Fall I’m offering a $1.00 discount on each of my two new hat patterns, Open Rose and Hugs. Just buy the pattern and the discount is automatic until November. Nothing says Fall like a pretty hat!!

Feeling a bit agressive? Need to let your inner Klingon free? Then this is just the scarf for you. It can be used in battle or just worn around your neck to keep you or your favorite Klingon warrior warm. Knitting: Mid-calf Socks
Waves is a top-down sock pattern using cables to add a slight wavy pattern in self-striping sock yarn without having to make complicated stitches. The decreases for the foot are placed differently to give the sock a better fit and to reduce stretching in the cable pattern. Because cables make a firmer fabric, these socks hold their shape and hu...

This is the first of my candy patterns, designed with a fingering weight yarn in a variegated and solid Wollmeise 100% It is a small shawl knit with shoulder seams with increases hidden in the cables going down the corners. It adds just a hint of color to any outfit and because of its shape, stays put nicely on your shoulders.

So what do you do with neon pink and purple sock yarn that you just had to buy? You make a hat for a runner, of course!! In the winter I love to run but it’s usually pretty dark when I’m out there in the cold, so I decided to make this hat to make me a bit more visible on those early morning runs.
Knitting: Shawl / Wrap
This is the second of my candy patterns, this time designed with DK weight yarn in a cozy Baby Llama yarn in colors I just couldn’t resist. This is a long, wide shawl cabled on one edge and garter stitch on the other with an optional loop on the end to pull the shawl through to keep it in place.

This is the pattern that I use for my favorite vanilla socks. It uses a 3/1 rib for the length of the sock and fits a shoe size 10 or European 41 but you can shorten it to fit your foot. It is written on one page only and I‘ve included an abbreviated, shorter version of the pattern so you can print it out and take it with you, it should be smal...

It all started with one skein of mohair yarn in a gorgeous hydrangea blue. I had to buy it and figured someday I would know what to do with it. I couldn’t imagine an entire shawl knit with mohair but combine it with a next-to-the-skin soft, squishy merino and you have my super soft Primavera Shawl. What could be more spring than rays of sun be...

Knitting: Child Doll (American Girl, Sasha, etc)
Doesn‘t every doll need a silk lace shawl to wear on a walk with her dog on cool nights? It was my daughter‘s idea to knit this shawl for her American Girl Doll, Kit. It‘s the perfect present for any child‘s doll and even a good introduction to lace and shawl knitting. It uses about 100 yards of lace weight yarn and can be knit up in no time. T...

Rosa Rugosa is also called a beach rose or beach tomato and grows in the sand at the beach of Cape Cod, Massachusetts where I spent my summers growing up. Inspired by the memories of big buckets of ‘perfume’ with beach roses and salt water from the ocean, I designed this garter stitch crescent shaped shawlette with a flower and wave lace patte...

Inspired and dedicated to my great friends, Steffi and Marion over at Yarn Over Berlin, I made this hat with some of the famous buildings here in Berlin. Pattern calls for 100 gm of fingering yarn on 6 needles. Pattern does not recommend any particular brand. I used 150 Gm of worsted weight on 9 needles. My scarf was wider, but still 64” in length. Very easy and attractive!

These mittens were not made for a baby but rather custom fit for my daughter’s doll. I don’t know if they would fit a baby or not, they are most likely to be too small.
