A passionate advocate for the DIY movement, I design knitwear and make art in Berkeley, California. I see clothing as an art form and as well as our primary shelter. Everywhere I look, there is inspiration, be it color, texture or structure. Bay Area knits are so much about layering, and I often design convertible pieces that we can be worn here all year long. A big fan of the fog, I love living in a place where I can wear a sweater and go whale watching any day of the year
