Becky Salstrom

I started designing sewing and crochet patterns in the 1980s, publishing in Annie’s Crochet Club and Better Homes & Gardens, as well as publishing a directory of outlets for designers who had patterns to sell, which is now obsolete.

When I turned to knitting, I occasionally designed a pattern when what I wanted was not available. Nowadays I work at designing in the same way I knit and weave and spin -- when time allows.
