I’m an anime comic artist, hooker/knitter, tea-snob, video gamer and addictions counsellor.

Unfortunately left handed, I learnt crocheting first right handed, then taught myself to knit a few months after. Then about a year later, I retaught myself to crochet left handed, and Continental style knitting.
I mostly crochet as I like amigurumi and creating interesting shapes.

I like making amigurumi and quick projects for other people. I like to keep the patterns I create simple and cute, with little finishing/seaming as possible.

I’ve worked in a few women’s shelters in the DTES and have taught women there how to knit or crochet. Most entertaining was teaching sex workers to knit and the projects they come up with!

Finally - I have an affinity for octopi.
