I first learned to knit when I was in second grade, nearly 60 years ago. I knitted off and on through high-school when I then set it aside. I enthusiastically reconnected with the craft in the mid-2000’s with participation in my church’s prayer shawl ministry. I am continuing to learn new techniques, and love the challenges with each new project to develop and expand my skill repetroire.

I live south of the DFW metroplex in Texas, where my husband and I maintain a small farm with lots of alpine dairy goats, chickens, an occasional duck or two, and a varying number of dogs and cats.
