Tamara Adams

My nana taught me to crochet 45 years ago, when I was 13. Off and on through the years it has been a source of peace, inspiration, and therapy. It literally got me through my darkest years of depression by crocheting hats for cancer kids.

I love fiddling with design and adding my own touches, and when something “pops into my brain” I love making it happen. Until recently I’d never written anything down that I’d done, and thought I’d give it a go. It’s been a challenge but rewarding!

I’ve found the only true enjoyment and contentment comes from giving, and among other things, that’s why my patterns will always be free. I hope to keep improving in this new design world and make my pieces more desirable and attainable.

If you find enjoyment in anything I’ve done, my heart will sing.
