Pattern Description from Knit.1, Spring/Summer 2009: “Mary Lynn Patrick’s swingy short-sleeved cardigan gets you coming and going, as alternating rib and ridge bands form horizontal and vertical stripes. Stitched in ‘Sky’ from Tahki Yarns/Tahki.Stacy Charles, the piece is shaped with decreases hidden in the patterning. Crochet trims the edges.”

Stuff:

  • 9 (9, 10, 10) balls in #1 Vanilla of Sky by Tahki Yarns/Tahki.Stacy Charles, Inc., 1¾oz/50g balls, each approx 92 yd/85m (biofil cotton)
  • One pair size 8 (5mm) needles or size to get the gauge
  • Size H-8 (5mm) crochet hook
  • Two 1-1/8”/27mm buttons
