**RED ROOSTER PATTERN FOR 24 STITCH PUNCHCARD KNITTING MACHINES**

FAIR ISLE - SINGLE MOTIF PATTERN!

You will need:
1empty at least 32 row, 24stitch punchcard
card punch
pencil for notes on a card

Any color yarns you like for knitting.

Card shows simple red - fire rooster, a symbol of 2017, with snowflakes.

A 24stitch punchcard is used for this pattern. I knitted it on Brother knitting machine.
As I know the same NR of stitch cards are for Toyota and Silver Reed also.
Maybe even for Singer and Knitmaster.

Punchard can be used for sweaters or cardigans, hats, shawls, gloves, tops, leggings, socks…. anything you like.

Explanations added to file.

Also there are marks and explanations for 1st line to start and for ‘’mirror look’’ rooster knitting even if you do not have enough rows on a card.
You do not need to count rows - when all needles will be in one position, the pattern is completed.

NB!!!

Pictures with gloves only show I have used the card also for ‘’mirror look’’ rooster even the pattern takes 32 rows (but cards usually have only 60 rows)!!

This is not ready to ship item! It is a downloadable file with cards picture and explanations for marks on a card!

I have knitted this pattern as Fair Isle Pattern. But feel free to use the card also for single motif.
If you do not have needed tools for a single motif pattern knitting - simply push back all unneeded needles right before knitting each row.

Everything in just one - PDF file. No need for downloading tons of files from mail boxes.
Punchcards picture as 2nd JPG file added just for your convenience if needed.

I expect you to know how to operate your knitting machine, how to use punchcard reader and card punch and how to do fair isle or single motif knitting.
It should be explained in your machines mannual. If you do not have one - it can be easily downloaded from the net for free.

If you do not have punchcard reader on your machine - please contact me and I will make explanations for you on how to knit this pattern without a card.
