Pattern description from Knit.1, Fall 2007: “Stripes aren’t just for power ties. Teva Durham’s diagonally banded jacket is worked on the bias with overlapping asymmetrical fronts and a wide fold-over collar. A snap closure makes for adjustable sizing. Work it in ‘Shale’ and ‘Fern’ from Loop-d-Loop by Teva Durham/Tahki.Stacy Charles.”

- 6 (7, 8, 9) balls in #6 Putty Mix (A) of Shale by Loop-d-Loop by Teva Durham/Tahki.Stacy Charles, Inc., 1¾oz/50g balls, each approx 73yd/66m (mohair/acrylic/nylon/viscose)
- 5 (6, 7, 8) balls in #8 Black (B) of Fern by Loop-d-Loop by Teva Durham/Tahki.Stacy Charles, Inc. 1¾oz/50g balls, each approx 81yd/73m (wool/nylon)
- One pair size 11 (8mm) needles or size to get the gauge
- Stitch holders or spare needle, yarn needle & one snap 1”/25mm wide

Additional Gauge: 14 sts and 15 rows to 4”/10cm over bias stripe pat measured on the diagonal using size 11 (8mm) needles
6(7,8,9) balls of Shale and 5(6,7,8) of Fern.
