A slouchy beret with a band of 8 cabled circles.
It is knit from the top down using Magic Loop or DPN’s.

Yarn used is 195yd, 3 ¾ oz (180m, 105g)of worsted / heavy worsted yarn (handspun)
Yarn substitutions: Merino Worsted (Malabrigo Yarn), Kureyon (Noro)
If you want to use regular worsted yarn you will need about 75 g / 2.5 to 3 oz. The beret will be slightly smaller.
