This beautiful vest was designed by Deborah Newton exclusively for Fresh Purls in Providence, RI. The vest is filled with texture and design and can be dressed up or down. The vest has been designed with positive ease and flows nicely.

Finished chest at underarm, buttoned: 37 1/2 (40, 42 1/4, 44 3/4, 47, 49 1/2)“
Length: approx 26 1/2 (27, 27 1/2, 28, 28
1/2, 29)”

Gauges for other stitches:
Over Basketweave pattern with size 8 needle: 20 sts and 30 rows = 4”.
Over 24 st Cable Panel: 3 1/2”

If using Swans Island Worsted (100% Wool; 100g/250yds) the required number of skeins are as follows: 6 (6, 7, 7, 8, 8) - this would also be true if using the Dream in Color Classy.

Since this vest has different stitch patterns and the beautiful cable down the back a lighter color yarn may show off the knitting best.
