This vest is worked top down and back and forth on a circular needle. It is entirely seamless, contains minimal shaping and counting, and is much easier to make than you’d expect.

The only stitches you need are knit, knit two together, yarn over, and the ability to cast on and bind off. Easy!

One skein of sock yarn will be sufficient for most adult women … you may want an additional skein if you want it longer or if your body circumference is over 42” or so.

The human being in the photos measures almost 40” around the chest. The mannequin is 34” around.
