This is new for me, I wrote this pattern today, I’m publishing it today, yup, thats right, no sample knit yet! I’m knitting this and while I do, the pattern is free. Might be free after too, you’ll have to find out, but download the pattern, cast on and join me in this fun bag of unknowns. I’m a procrastinating knitter and I’m knitting the Steven West MKAL at the same time, so it might take a while, or will it? might I fast track this and knit it quickly? WHO KNOWS!! You will have the yarn available, if you have yarn and needles at all, you are set to go.

added version 2, a few mistakes were found, clearly I was excited to get this idea up and running and my brain farted lol. Make sure you are working from version 2 (it will say it on the pattern page, errors fixed are highlighted in bold.)

This is a sweet little quick striped shawlette, perfect for giving to teachers at the end of the school year as thanks for looking after and educating our little “gems”.

4ply, 5ply, 8ply, 10ply, I’m sure you have some of these yarns hanging around, I know I do, I have bags of scrap ends and they are all good quality yarns I can’t seem to part with, so here goes into making something nice and totally gift-able.
