The main part of the jumper is knitted in black wool on small needles, while the sleeves are made with a big wooden needle used with a small one, which gives an unusual and attractive effect. The sleeves are of white wool, with narrow bands of red and black at intervals, and the becoming round neck is finished with bands of red and white to match.

MATERIALS: 8oz. 3-ply wool (black), 2oz. contrasting colors for bandings (red and white), 1 pair No. 10 needles 1 No. 0 wooden needle 1 pair No. 8 needles.

Sleeves are picked up and knit top down using short rows.
