This pattern was designed exclusively for the Nature’s Luxury Gourmet Knitting Resort in October 2023. You can find already prepared kits in the original yarn for this project - in all sizes and various colours - by clicking here.

This oversized and comfy Pullover provides a stunning textured effect without the use of any complicated technique.
Different yarn weights of the same base and colour are knitted in stripes and only increases and decreases are used to produce the eye-catching effect of the textured stripes’ ruffled look.

The starting point for this design was a focus on the delicate difference in shine and the slight colour change that the same yarn-base can have when spun into a different weight - this different look and feel is noticeable in the textured stripes of this project.

The construction is kept minimal with a modified dropped shoulder - to avoid the bulky underarms that sometimes occur with this construction - and wide sleeves that grow out of a short-row section and kept to a 3/4 length.

Finally, a few decreases just above the hem create an elegant blouse shape for a more flattering look of the boxy body.

In this pattern you can find extensive information and tips on how to modify the yoke, the body or sleeves - and how to proceed if you want to adjust the instructions without changing the overall style of the garment.
There are extensive tips and notes marked in blue boxes in each section that explain how to work any adaptions of the pattern for width and length, to adjust according to ones gauge, anatomy and personal preference.
