A beautiful, fun, and very wearable shawl knit with our lovely Eco Merino Light, the Agate Shawl will keep you engaged from start to finish. The pattern mimics the curves and patterns found in agate slices, and it’s a wonderful opportunity to play with color. The stitch patterns alternate between simple stockinette and garter, old shale (a variation on feather and fan), and some simple lace, so it’s both rhythmic and interesting. The three-quarters-circle shape lets it sit comfortably on the shoulders without falling off, and lends itself to wrapping around the neck for effortless, elegant warmth.
